Raphael Connor

Raphael Connor received his Bachelor’s degree from Mary Washington College in 1988. He attended Howard Law School and received his Juris Doctor in 1991.He has been a resident of Williamsburg since 1993.

Ten years of his legal practice was with Legal Aid and eight years with the Public Defender’s Office. He has much criminal experience with many bench trials and over ten jury trials.  He has experience in the areas of juvenile, family, and landlord tenant law. he is the President of the Hampton Roads Torch Cub and has been a volunteer judge for the Williams and Mary Law School legal skills program.
